Note that your personal details (your name, contact number, GPS location and your pet’s name etc) will only ever be shared with other PetScanner users in the event that your pet has been physically scanned or you have marked your pet as lost.

Customer information may be held for the lifetime of your pet, or up to a period of 30 years in accordance with various legislations including the Microchipping of Dogs (Scotland) Regulation 2016. All data is stored on secure servers in accordance with protection and security regulations.
